AIDS CASES MAY HIT 74
Government expects to detect up to 40 new cases of Aids this year. Number was 34 discovered between 1985 and 1988. Among reasons for high number: More people going for Aids test and better tracing of victims' sexual partners. Government says third foreign prostitute has contracted Aids.
