Babylon was Singapore's first exclusively gay karaoke pub.
It was set up set up during the height of the karaoke craze in the late 1980s by a well known pair of gay twins. Its address was 52 Tanjong Pagar Road; telephone number 6227-7466 and 6233-0305.
The pub was a narrow, miniature version of its legendary namesake - the gay sauna-entertainment complex in Bangkok, and the original Sumerian city. It was patronised by a young crowd of gay men who loved to sing.

Babylon was located along Tanjong Pagar Road at unit no. 52.
The twin brother proprietors later opened Why Not? along Tras Street after the closure of Babylon.
