Bapok is a derogatory Malay slang word meaning transsexual, transvestite, transgender woman, hermaphrodite, girlie, doll, sissy, or an effeminate male.
It is synonymous with pondan, another Malay slang word which is considered to be slightly less derogatory.
Example of usage:
"Ahaha, ni pulak si bapok yang lalu baru tadi!" ("Look y'all! A tranny just passed us by!")
