Property rights for gay couples.

For heterosexual married couples, the Women's Charter governs the division of matrimonial assets in a divorce.

Obviously, this law does not apply to gay couples.

How do gay couples protect their rights when they split up?

I am Terence Tan, a property lawyer who prepares real estate agents for mandatory exams if they wish to head their own agency. I am looking for a lecture organiser to co-operate with in organizing paid 3 hour lectures on PROTECTING PROPERTY RIGHTS WHEN GAY COUPLES BREAK UP.
