The Entrepass is for eligible foreign entrepreneurs who wish to start and operate a new business in Singapore.
Candidates can apply directly to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
There is no stipulated minimum salary.
New passes or first renewals are valid for 1 year; subsequent renewals for 2 years.
The pass is renewable if the renewal criteria are met.
Passes are available for certain family members of pass holders.
No foreign worker levy or quota is required.
