June Chua is a Singaporean transwoman]. Together with her late sister, Irene, she founded The T Project, Singapore's first shelter for homeless transgender women. The T Project was inspired by her and her sister's experience of the lack of social services for the transgender community.

In March 2018, Chua became the first transwoman to be invited on board Peace Boat in its 35 years of history to be a guest speaker to deliver a presentation about her work at The T Project and her journey as a transgender woman living in Singapore[1].
