Walter Edgar Theseira (特斯拉副教授; வால்ட்டர் தெசியரா) (born 1978) is an Associate Professor, Economics & Head, Master of Management (Urban Transportation) Programme of the School of Business of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He is also a Nominated Member of Parliament (NMP).
